FlowTrace
Water and drainage tracing dyes
Water and drainage tracing dyes help you follow hidden water routes, confirm connections and investigate leaks with a clear, visible result.
See where the water is going
When water disappears into a drain or underground network, it can be difficult to know where it travels or where a problem begins. FlowTrace’s non-toxic formulation makes that movement visible, helping you trace water routes, check connections and investigate suspected leaks. Available in a range of colours, it provides a practical way to identify where water is travelling and pinpoint potential problems.

Applications & Uses
FlowTrace can be used across drainage, utilities, construction, environmental engineering and other applications where hidden water movement needs to be traced.
Trace drainage routes
Follow the movement of water through drains, pipes and underground networks where the route cannot be seen directly.

Confirm connections
Check whether drainage connections lead where expected and investigate suspected cross-connections or misconnections.

Investigate
leaks
Use a visible trace to help identify where water may be escaping and narrow the area requiring further investigation.
Check
completed work
Support flow-path verification for engineers and contractors by confirming how water moves through the system.
